Design-Build Services for Burroughs Elementary School Modernization & Modular Campus Swing Site

DCPS has already issued a Request for Proposals (RFP) for builders to submit plans to construct the modular complex on the field.

An RFP is not a contract and DCPS is not legally bound to any action until a contract has been awarded.

DCPS stated its intention to have a contract awarded by March 2024.

December 6, 2023

This letter announced DCPS' intention to construct a modular campus and was distributed electronically to Burroughs parents and caregivers.

We are unaware if any additional public notice of the decision.
